Rumensblok comes from a natural process of yeast-lactic cereal fermentation resulting in a product with an acidic pH, rich in specific enzymes and a racemic mix of lactic acid. Unlike many other similar products, Rumensblok comes in liquid form, for two form and this is for two important reasons:
- To maintain the rich blend of enzymes secreted by rumen micro-organisms during fermentation.
